Myanmar, formally called Burma, changed it’s name after gaining independence from Britain in 1948 and changed the name of their largest city from Rangoon to Yangon.

Myanmar has two international airports one in Yangon and the other in Mandalay.  It also shares five land borders with Thailand, Laos, China, India and Bangladesh.
